About the Role
In your position as VP of Business Development, a senior executive role, you will
- Enjoy a key strategic and influential role with this innovative manufacturer of premium professional loudspeaker products
- Leverage your existing pro audio industry relationships to increase the visibility and sales channels for the brand.
- lead, manage and coach an ambitious, energetic and talented team, developing new & existing markets
You’re a dynamic sales executive and business professional with a passion for music, audio technology, new products and building teams. You are well connected and known within the pro audio industry and love to strategize and develop markets. You understand business principles including forecasting, budgeting setting goals. A progressive, forward thinker that is ready to take your new company to the next level.
The successful applicant will require:
- Senior North American and Global sales management experience
- Established relationships with major rental companies, systems integrators, consultants, design/build contractors, reps and export market distributors.
- Practical experience working with sales reporting and lead generation tools.
- The skills and ability to lead and collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
