The Interfacio team will be out in force at this year’s show, so whether you are an existing client, or you are curious to know more about working with a specialist search firm who truly know the broadcast market, we look forward to seeing many of you around the show. Richard and Jo will all be around the RAI over the five days of IBC2016 so do let us know if you’d like to meet up and talk about how we might be able to help you.

In addition to being available to meet around the show floor, we will again be hosting one to one talent acquisition clinics in the IABM lounge during IBC focussing separately on commercial/management positions on Saturday 10th and R&D/Engineering roles on Monday 12th, between 2-4pm on both days. These will be located in the IABM members lounge.

We know and understand this space well, and are regularly searching and placing star candidates for our clients, from both inside and outside their existing domains depending on what is most desirable.  We take a particular interest in culture fit on both sides, and are also constantly developing and refining the way that we identify and develop passive as well as active candidates in what continues to be a highly competitive market.

IBC is the premier annual event for professionals engaged in the creation, management and delivery of entertainment and news content worldwide, and sits at the global crossroads of the electronic media and entertainment industry.

The convention, held every year in Amsterdam, unites the technologies and business models powering the creation, management and delivery of all forms of electronic media content to consumers in a world where content is everywhere. The fifteen exhibition halls, themed by creation, management and delivery are complimented by a host of feature areas specially designed to enhance your experience. The IBC Conference allows a deeper understanding as well as facilitating networking at events including the industry established IBC Awards.

We hope you enjoy the show and look out for our show round up when it’s all over…
