An international innovator, developer and manufacturer of market lighting products is seeking an established sales manager for Germany to drive their sales growth throughout Germany along with coaching their existing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the industry’s leading manufacturers as they continue to grow and develop their market leading position.
About the role
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets along with good management skills.
Your understanding of lighting application in installation, theatre, architectural will allow you to maintain the existing business whilst continually developing new opportunities.
Working closely with your direct report and following established guidelines, you will be expected to manage strategic accounts, and critical to your success will be your natural leadership to develop and support your team.
In addition, you shall have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as being comfortable dealing at all levels with a good command of written and spoken English
Travel throughout Germany will be required as well as occasional international travel to attend tradeshows and company events.
