Основные обязанности

·Pазвитие продаж в России и СНГ в соответствии со стратегией компании
·Выстраивание процесса прямых продаж “с нуля”, анализ рынка для поиска и развития новых каналов продаж
·Организация системы партнерских продаж  и развитие дистрибуции продукции
·Проведение презентаций новых продуктов, выставок и мероприятий

Требования

·Опыт работы в сфере продаж на руководящей должности в сфере профессионального звукового оборудования от 5 лет
·Опыт развития прямых продаж и построения партнерской сети в России и СНГ
·Знание продуктов и новинок в области PRO – аудио, профессионального звукоусилительного оборудования и живого звука (акустические системы, микрофоны, микшеры, и т.д.)
·Наличие контактов среди инсталляционных и прокатных компаний, отличное понимание рынков России и СНГ
·Выраженные лидерские качества, инициативность, высокая степень самоорганизации, отличные презентационные качества
·Свободный английский – обязательно!

Loudspeaker systems created by this manufacturer are used globally in mobile and installation scenarios for events, such as live concerts, musicals, festivals, and trade shows. So, when something sounds pretty good somewhere, it could be down to the professional loudspeaker system from our client.

About the Role

This an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading premium audio brands as it starts to develop and expand its pro audio business in Russia. You will act as the leading brand and product ambassador to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target under covered markets. The successful candidate will drive product sales in the region by developing direct sales and establishing, building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with key partners (rental companies, integrators, sound designers and engineers) as well as managing distributors in this market. You will work closely with peers in Education and Application Support, Product, Sales and Marketing to assist customers with their project activities and deliver excellent customer service and solutions tailored to their needs. It will be required to travel regularly throughout the region visiting customers and partners, as well as attending exhibitions and trade shows.
 
About You

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful sales management experience in the professional audio sector in Russia and CIS and will have demonstrable background in long term relationship building and management. It is essential that you have a network of contacts within the region and a thorough understanding of the latest technologies and applications in pro audio, sound reinforcement and live sound. In addition, you should speak fluent Russian and English. To excel in this role, you should have strong commercial acumen, be able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects and possess first class client relationship and leadership skills.
