This company is a leading global brand and manufacturer of professional audio and sound reinforcement systems, which creates high end products that are used all over the world. They are proud of their highly engaged professional workforce that is regularly trained in the most current technologies and equipment.

About the Role
You will be actively involved with our network of distributors, creating and maintaining strong relationships, setting up and respecting agreements, carrying out a schedule of sales-related actions and activities, forecasting, monitoring their sales performances and providing feedback, creating and implementing a sales training program.

You will also work closely with other key partners, and contribute to things such as market research issues, customer complaints in relation to your territory, dealing with any sales related situations that are not covered by the distribution agreements whilst reporting to the Manager Territory Sales and respecting all sales Guidelines and company policies.

You will visit distributors and attend appropriate exhibitions, training and educational events.

About You
Ideally located in Dubai or in one of the GCC, you have a strong Professional Audio background and network. You understand all applications related to Live sound, sound reinforcement, pro audio environment and are technically credible.  With a successful sales track record, you are autonomous, driven and bring solutions and ideas internally and to your clients. You act entrepreneurially and self responsibly. Your communication and customer service are impeccable. Perfect written and spoken English is required along with frequent travelling within the Middle East.
