Our client, a leading manufacturer in musical instrument accessories is seeking an established National Sales and Marketing Manager to be the ambassador of their brand in Italy and to drive their sales growth throughout the country.

The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and show a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will have credibility through previous accomplishments. Your knowledge, connection within the MI market and vision will allow you to maintain the existing business whilst continually developing new opportunities, working closely with the company headquarters and following established guidelines. Within this exciting role, you will be expected to manage key /strategic accounts, and critical to your success will be your natural strong leadership, strategic and marketing flair to develop the local business. In addition, you shall have excellent Italian communication and presentation skills, as well as being comfortable dealing at all levels with a good command of written and spoken English. French would be a plus. Travel throughout Italy will be required as well as occasional international travel to attend trade shows and company events.
