About the Role
The Pro Audio Sales manager will manage a team of sales professionals and market development managers to maximize brand exposure and sales through partners throughout the China mainland market. Overseeing and coordinating activities regarding product releases.

  • Drive sales activities to achieve total and partner quotas in both turnover and profit margin
  • Oversee and coordinate activities regarding product releases

About You:

  • Business bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Sound Reinforcement, Musical Instrument, Installation or related markets
  • You will bring at least 2 years of mid management background in sales, change management, budgeting
  • You will be a good leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin required
