Working closely with the Managing Director you will be leading the Recruitment Operations Team to deliver excellence to our client and candidate community. You’ll be a champion of both internal and external customer care and committed to consistently driving improvement in this area. Your goal will be to expedite Interfacio’s aggressive commercial growth target and help to achieve ‘Best of Breed’ supplier to the global media technology sector, using all the experience you bring with you and the opportunities available to you.
- Creatively structuring, growing and leading the Recruitment Services Team to support and drive commercial business targets for both the short and long term.
- Driving improvements and efficiencies in all internal and external processes to support our consultants in their delivery.
- Developing and nurturing internal and external relationships in the business with the sole purpose of growth in all professional areas.
- Improve and oversee all areas of the business outside of Fee Generation including Candidate Experience, CRM management and improvement, process improvement, administration and marketing.
- Deliver a ‘full stack’ candidate excellence service
- Proven operational management within the Recruitment sector
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among management, consultants and employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales and strategic planning
- Analytic thought process coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly competent with MS software
- Solid understanding of Financial Management
- Ideally have an MBA or strong commercial experience
