About The Role
As the General Manager for the US market, you will first and foremost lead and mentor your team of professionals to strengthen relationships, capitalize on business opportunities and increase the visibility and sales of the company’s technologies and products throughout the American market. You will develop, drive and monitor the US growth and strategy through both OEM and finished product channels to higher levels market share and profitability. Having functional P&L and budgeting responsibility you will deploy resources to build turnover while maintaining the highest level of customer support and efficient supply. You will formulate and implement business development policies, operations and procedures, as well as setting goals, tools and objectives for each business department. As the head of the US operation, you oversee the US team’s qualitative and quantitative growth through coaching, training, orienting, and recruiting activities.
