Leading a team of sales professionals you will oversee pre-sales market development and post-sales support., continuing to develop relationships with key channels and end users while contributing to product improvement and development.

About the job:
The successful candidate will develop and implement step by step strategic sales programs towards cohesive business goals. You will take full responsibility for sales levels and profitability with forecasted revenue and sales pipeline. By organizing, mentoring and developing your team you will promote the company’s principles and the product’s value in the AV/UC/IT market space.
You will come to this position with a business or engineering degree or equivalent senior China AV market experience. You are able to apply your strategic business acumen to closing solutions to enterprise, government and institutional users. You will communicate technological advantages to top management and technical leadership alike. You are a motivational leader of larger teams and a proven relationship builder locally and abroad. You love getting results, working the numbers, making the sales targets and effectively communicating in Mandarin and English.
