Job Description:

Our client is a global, publicly traded European corporation. They are a respected leader in the innovation, design and manufacturing of top products for the integration, touring and installation markets around the world.

Reporting to the International Sales Director in Europe, your mission will be to further develop and expand the company’s China business – promoting technologies and solutions to consultants, project designers, system integrators and end users. Working independently and alongside the distribution network you will identify/ pursue business opportunities in key vertical markets such as integration, live performance, and themed attractions.

Travelling throughout the territory, you will leverage your current and growing industry network to set sales and marketing objectives as well as promoting the company’s brand and technologies. Armed with local industry intel you will feed back market and competitive analysis to the company and help develop strategies to overcome obstacles and grow the company’s business and sales.

To deliver this success you will come equipped with at least 5 years sales/BD experience in a multi-national organization. You will be an excellent communicator in both your native Mandarin and English. A natural leader and motivator, you understand Chinese and modern international business practices in order to effectively plan, implement, negotiate, manage and measure the company’s growth in China.
