To continue their emphasis in the China market they are recruiting a Chief Representative Officer (CRO) for their new China representative office in Shenzhen.
This senior professional audio executive will be responsible, in cooperation with the current sales structure, to research and identify new business opportunities, including OEM, new vertical markets and other growth areas. Reporting to the Global Sales Director she or he will analyse current market positions and strategize with the team to generate new opportunities, continue to develop relationships with end users, sales channels and the consultant community,
Not only will the CRO set, monitor, achieve and report on sales and targets but also help determine and plan sales pipelines and forecasts. It will also be critical to continually report on the China market, competitors, trends. generate an exhaustive picture of the Chinese market including competition, trends and from those reports help developing promotional plans and manage the Representative Office.
The company is looking for a seasoned leader that will bring a strong background in in the China SR market, well developed relationships within and a good understanding of current professional audio technologies and their application.
