Job Description

About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Define and execute a territory sales strategy and develop territory sales plan including new opportunity prospecting and full product line promotion.
  • Closely manage stakeholders and establish strong multi-tier relationships within each organization
  • Complete ownership of regional sales process; lead generation, product positioning, sales opportunity evaluation, quote generation, and deal closing.
  • Assist marketing with ongoing product development by proactively querying customers about competition, challenges, product limitations, new workflows and trends, etc.
  • Position products across a variety of industries, providing proactive support to consultants, and tracking of opportunities
  • Submit management sales projection reports reflecting market trends
  • Prepare and deliver technology presentations and demonstrations that communicate positional advantages and differentiators to dealers, distributors and end-users.
  • Attend and participate in international, national and local trade shows, road shows, and other sales related events

About You:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • You are an experienced and passionate video (or similar) sales manager, serious about delivering success through proper structure and a disciplined process
  • You hold well established and strong customer relationships within the pro-AV market
  • You are fluent in the English language and willing to travel
